These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RAIVEN platform, operated by Raiven Technologies LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Raiven Technologies LLC provides the Restricted AI Virtual Edge Network, a secure AI platform designed for government and defense contractors to analyze Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Access to the RAIVEN platform is restricted to United States citizens who have been granted approved access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data. All users must undergo a rigorous review and approval process before being granted access to the platform. You represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and have obtained all necessary authorizations from your organization to access CUI data through our platform.
You must maintain valid security clearances and access authorizations throughout your use of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we determine that you no longer meet eligibility requirements or if your security clearances are revoked or modified.
You may use the RAIVEN platform solely for authorized analysis of CUI data in accordance with applicable federal regulations and your organization's security policies. You agree not to use the platform for any unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to processing classified information, attempting to circumvent security controls, or accessing data outside your authorized scope.
You must comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, and security requirements, including but not limited to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements, and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with your organization's security policies and procedures.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, hardware tokens, and smartcard certificates. You must use only approved hardware devices that meet CUI access requirements and implement all required security controls. The platform may detect and validate your smartcard hardware, corporate badge certificates, and enterprise authentication capabilities to ensure compliance with federal security standards. You agree to report any security incidents, suspected breaches, or unauthorized access attempts immediately to our security team.
You must maintain compliance with all applicable government security standards and regulations throughout your use of the platform. This includes adhering to data handling procedures, maintaining proper audit trails, ensuring that all CUI data is processed and stored in accordance with federal requirements, and maintaining valid smartcard certificates and enterprise authentication credentials. You acknowledge that failure to maintain compliance may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You acknowledge that all CUI data processed through the RAIVEN platform is handled in accordance with our zero-knowledge architecture. CUI data is processed exclusively in temporary memory during active sessions and is not stored on our systems once sessions are terminated. You are responsible for ensuring that all data submitted for analysis is properly classified and authorized for processing.
You must not attempt to extract, copy, or store CUI data outside of the authorized processing environment. All analysis results and insights generated by the platform must be handled in accordance with applicable security requirements and your organization's data handling procedures. You acknowledge that any unauthorized data handling may result in immediate account termination and potential legal consequences.
The RAIVEN platform, including all software, algorithms, security protocols, and proprietary technology, is owned by Raiven Technologies LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for authorized CUI data analysis in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any CUI data you submit for analysis, subject to applicable government regulations and security requirements. Analysis results and insights generated by the platform are provided for your authorized use, but the underlying AI models and algorithms remain the property of Raiven Technologies LLC. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
Your privacy and the protection of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement comprehensive security measures including quantum-resistant encryption, zero-trust architecture, and hardware-based authentication to protect your information and CUI data.
We maintain FedRAMP Moderate authorization, CMMC Level 2 compliance, and FIPS 140-2 Level 2 validation to ensure the highest standards of data protection. All data processing activities are logged and monitored for security and compliance purposes. You acknowledge that we may be required to disclose information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, or government requests.
We strive to maintain high availability of the RAIVEN platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance when possible and work to minimize service disruptions.
Technical support is available through our designated support channels for authorized users. Support requests should be submitted through secure communication channels in accordance with your organization's security procedures. We are committed to providing timely and effective support while maintaining the security and integrity of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raiven Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or security beyond those required by applicable government regulations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raiven Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws or regulations. This indemnification obligation includes reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in defending against such claims.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to maintain required security clearances, or engage in any activity that we determine poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, all CUI data will be purged from our systems in accordance with our zero-knowledge architecture, and your account information will be securely deleted according to NIST guidelines. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable federal regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law or government regulation.
You acknowledge that certain disputes may be subject to government oversight or regulatory review in accordance with applicable federal laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cooperate with government investigations and regulatory proceedings as required by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or security standards. Material changes will be communicated to users through the platform interface or via email notifications. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact us to terminate your account. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
